Hundred thousand miles

My hundred thousand miles and The Reason

Driving back home
On a Friday night
Highway was busy
People travel on both direction
Some rushing to see their loved ones
Some chasing the world of its fortune
Some racing to meet the needs of the world
Some take the journey to ends meet
Some travel pointless
Some reach the destination
Some journey ends abruptly
Some don’t make it anywhere
Some are disappointed about the journey
Some elated about the journey
Some seems to be dead end
Some has happy endings
Some leads to sorrow
But
It’s who you travel with
Makes all the difference

But Moon
The Masters creation
Moved steadily and slowly in the blue sky
Traveling in one direction
The path laid out by The master creator
Never wanders in its own direction
But strictly follow the Creator who commands
Chasing the sun to rest
For another twelve hours
Telling the whole world to pause and rest
The moon comes with a delight
Time to reflect and release the stress
What a sight
I pulled the car on the highway
And just sunk in my thoughts
Looking through my eyes
What a majestic creator
Sends out His creation
“Slow down”is the voice in my ears
The still gentle whisper -1 Kings  19:12
“I am in control
Just follow My path “
Says The creator
But Their are many
Traveling on all direction
To a pointless destination
Rest to their mind and soul unknown
Stress in their life is full blown
Peaceful life is postponed until
For me
My hundred thousand miles is not pointless
Encountered obstacles
Emerging challenges
Empowered strength as the heart balances.
Through every storm that life may send,
Kindness remains our truest friend.
Grateful for all in my journey
Their is a reason
Through it all ,I have learned
He is my reason
That
Brought me closer to The Throne of Grace
Everything happens for a Reason
You take time to find that Reason .

Reasons will haunt for seasons,
But the Creator who controls all seasons
Is the only answer for your reasons-Anbu Jeremiah

Their is always someone behind your life

Who helps you?
‘Help her in whatever she needs, for she has been helpful to many, and especially to me.’ Romans 1 6:2

Captain Charlie Plumb was a US Navy fighter pilot in Vietnam. After seventy-five combat missions, his plane was demolished by a surface-to-air missile. Plumb ejected from the plane and parachuted into enemy hands. He spent the next six years in a Communist prison. He survived the ordeal and now lectures on what he learned from his experience.

One day when he and his wife were sitting in a restaurant, a man from another table walked over and said, ‘You’re Plumb! You flew jet fighters in Vietnam from the aircraft carrier KittHawk. You were shot down!’ Plumb said, ‘How in the world did you know that?’ The man replied, ‘I packed your parachute.’ Then the man grabbed his hand and said, ‘I guess it worked!’ Plumb assured him it had: ‘If your chute hadn’t worked, I wouldn’t be here today.’

That night he couldn’t sleep, wondering about the man. What had he looked like in a Navy uniform? How many times had Plumb seen him without even asking, ‘How are you?’, or anything else, because Plumb was a fighter pilot and the other man was only a sailor. He pondered the many hours that sailor had spent in the bowels of the ship, meticulously weaving the shrouds and folding the silks of each chute, holding in his hands the destiny of a stranger. As a result, when Plumb gives a presentation, he routinely asks his audience an important question: ‘Who’s packing your parachute?’

All of us have someone who provides what we need to make it through the day. In Romans 16:2, Paul said Phoebe ‘ … has been helpful to many, and especially to me’. Who helps you? Today show them your appreciation.

Love and serve with himility

Shortly after he took over as the president of Tuskegee Institute in Alabama, Booker T. Washington was walking in an exclusive section of town when he was stopped by a wealthy White woman. Not knowing the famous Mr. Washington by sight, she asked if he would like to earn a few dollars by chopping wood for her.

Because he had no pressing business at the moment, Mr. Washington smiled, rolled up his sleeves, and proceeded to do the humble chore she had requested. When he was finished, he carried the logs into the house and stacked them by the fireplace. A little girl recognized him and later revealed his identity to the lady.

The next morning the embarrassed woman went to see Mr. Washington in his office at the Institute and apologized profusely. “It’s perfectly alright madam,” he replied. “Occasionally I enjoy a little manual labor. Besides, it’s always a delight to do something for a friend.” She shook his hand and warmly reassured him that his meek and gracious attitude had endeared him and his work to her heart.

Not long afterward, she showed her admiration by persuading some wealthy acquaintances to join her in donating thousands of dollars to the Tuskegee Institute.

Galatians 5:13-14 through love serve one another and
You shall love your Neighbour as yourself

The Spirit of Kindness
A gentle hand, a quiet word,
The sweetest song that’s ever heard.
It costs us nothing, yet it buys
A spark of hope in tired eyes.
For kindness keeps the spirit whole,
A blessing anchored in the soul.
While others race to reach the end,
The one who leads will be a friend.
To give is how we truly rise,
With open hearts and steady eyes.
For life is rich and doubly blessed,
When kindness is our daily guest.
